- To return an item, please contact us at email@example.com and include as many relevant details as possible, as this will help facilitate the return: your name, order number, reason for return/exchange, and the style number and size of the item being returned. We will supply you with a prepaid return shipping label (Australian orders only), or you can make use of PayPal's Refunded Returns.
- Pack the item into a padded envelope or box (e.g. the box that your goods came in) and send it back to us. Items can be returned to our collection centres in Australia and Europe. If goods are returned from outside Australia/Europe please mark the parcel ‘returned goods’ - this will avoid delays at customs.
For security and peace of mind, we recommend that you use insured registered post to ensure safe and documented delivery as we cannot be held liable for any lost returned items.
- Refunds will be issued (less the original shipping charges, if any) and exchanged items will be despatched as soon as the returned goods have been received and verified. We will contact you if there are any concerns regarding availability.
