Returns


We want you to try our clothes worry-free, so we maintain a 'no worries' returns policy. If you need to exchange or return an item, simply return the item to us in its original condition (unworn, unaltered and unwashed, and with all tags attached) within 30 days of receipt, and we will issue a refund or exchange according to your preference.

Exchanged items are sent out free of charge.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. To return an item, please contact us at customercare@mochasalt.com and include as many relevant details as possible, as this will help facilitate the return: your name, order number, reason for return/exchange, and the style number and size of the item being returned. We will supply you with a prepaid return shipping label (Australian orders only), or you can make use of PayPal's Refunded Returns.

  2. Pack the item into a padded envelope or box (e.g. the box that your goods came in) and send it back to us. Items can be returned to our collection centres in Australia and Europe. If goods are returned from outside Australia/Europe please mark the parcel ‘returned goods’ - this will avoid delays at customs.
    For security and peace of mind, we recommend that you use insured registered post to ensure safe and documented delivery as we cannot be held liable for any lost returned items.

  3. Refunds will be issued (less the original shipping charges, if any) and exchanged items will be despatched as soon as the returned goods have been received and verified. We will contact you if there are any concerns regarding availability.
